Daisy Haggas
Managing Director
Daisy, the founder of Jivaro, started her recruitment career in London in 2005. She moved to Dubai on a whim, rode the recession storm actively recruiting for advertising and branding professionals across the region. Daisy took the plunge and set up Jivaro in 2010, she is mainly focused on managing existing clients and developing new business. In 2023 Daisy launched Jivaro Green servicing the ongoing need for Sustainability candidates within the GCC. She is the proud mother of Otto and Mia, sporting enthusiast and animal lover.
Lauren McLoughlin
Director
Lauren moved from Manchester to Dubai in 2012 and joined Jivaro as Daisy’s resource. She quickly became a fully-fledged consultant and now manages a very busy desk covering Creative, Strategic Communications and Advertising. Her attention to detail and organisation make her a very efficient consultant and allow her to manage her busy desk. She is a keen gym-goer, loves to travel and has just purchased her forever home in Dubai with her partner Nick.
Kristijan Alec
Specialist Resourcer
Kristo has been with Jivaro since mid 2022, based remotely in beautiful Macedonia. He was brought on board to develop a talent pool of sustainability candidates who are either in the region or looking to relocate. Kristo started his resourcing career 3 years ago after completing his BA in Political Science (Law) and then his Master in Political Science (International Politics and Diplomacy).
